About Rosebud
Founded on April 21, 2019, Rosebud Healthcare & Training Center was born from a heart of service and a deep desire to give back to the community. What began as a vision to bridge gaps in healthcare and education has blossomed into a multifaceted organization that provides compassionate care, professional training, and community impact across Louisiana. Through every division—Rosebud Healthcare, Rosebud Training Academy, Rosebud Residential, and Rosebuds, Inc.—we continue to nurture a culture of excellence and empowerment for those we serve and those we train.

Founder & CEO
Vikki Lee is a distinguished healthcare professional, educator, and business owner with over three decades of experience in nursing and medical education. She has dedicated her career to enhancing healthcare services, fostering workforce development, and advocating for accessible, high-quality education in the medical field. A passionate leader and mentor, Vikki continues to shape the future of healthcare through her extensive expertise, business acumen, and commitment to community service.
Austin Lee
Chief Operating Officer
Austin Lee serves as the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing organizational strategy, operational execution, and cross-departmental alignment. With a proven record of optimizing systems, strengthening culture, and driving sustainable growth, Austin leads with a focus on efficiency, accountability, and measurable results. Known for building strong teams and scalable processes, he ensures every operational decision supports the organization’s long-term vision and day-to-day excellence.
Andrea “AJ” Lee Jr.
Rosebud Residential Administrator
Andrea “AJ” Lee Jr. is a dedicated healthcare professional and Residential Administrator known for his compassion, leadership, and commitment to excellence. A Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR Instructor, AJ combines hands-on care with strong operational awareness. Guided by teamwork and purpose, he empowers students, supports residents, and brings energy, consistency, and heart to every role he serves at Rosebud.
Kimberly Bates, LPN
Instructor
Kimberly K. Bates is a dedicated healthcare and education professional from Baton Rouge. She holds an Associate Degree in General Science and became a Licensed Practical Nurse after graduating from Capitol Area Technical College in 2011. With experience as a correctional nurse and former elementary science teacher, she now teaches CNA and Medical Assistant students. Kimberly is a committed Rosebud Instructor and plans to pursue her BSN.
Letisha Boast
Office Manager
Letisha Boast is an experienced professional with a strong background in Human Resources and Case Management within the healthcare field. Passionate about creating inclusive, people-centered environments, she advocates for neurodivergent awareness and leads with empathy and structure. Letisha is currently pursuing a degree in Healthcare Administration–Leadership, expanding her influence in healthcare operations, employee support, and organizational management.
Marchelle Jolla
Accounting Clerk
Marchelle Jolla is a dedicated professional with strong experience in student support, behavioral services, and operational management. As an Office/Accounting Clerk at Rosebud Healthcare and Training Academy, she oversees SNAP E&T enrollment and documentation for CNA students. With a background in paraprofessional work and transportation management, Marchelle is known for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to helping students access essential resources and opportunities.
